Who wants to have fun? I do. Try saying the word ‘fun’ while frowning. It is hard but if you really try and push yourself, you can do it. Now stop doing that and see what happens. You might be smiling right now. The still silent voice in you wants a few simple things for you, it wants you to do what fully engages you and makes your heart expand in such a way that you know you can never be tired of what you are doing.
The call that comes from deep within wants you to have joy and bliss and adventure and excitement. It wants you to let go of the drama you think you have to have and live the adventure you would love to have. It is all about attitude. So often we are told that we need to change our attitude and there are numerous disciplines for doing so.

Is it bad to lie?
In my practice I coach people to delve into who they really are and what they really want. It’s the core principle of my work because frustrated desires cause innumerable difficulties in people’s lives. Invariably I end up dealing with the ways that people are lying to themselves about what they want.
All in all people are nowhere near as honest as they think they are. When they cannot make sense of their lives it is generally because they have gone unconscious about the true nature of their motivations.
There’s the woman who thinks she doesn’t love her husband anymore because the passion is gone, but when she identifies with her real desires she realizes that she too wants to run a business and provide service to people. When she lets go of the limitations she believed she had to accept and actively chooses to tone down being a housewife and go into business, suddenly the passion returns.

For many years I have worked on creating methods to release people from what many call the ‘lower emotions’ or the ‘lower mind.’ It’s possible to dissolve guilt and enable freedom of thought that was once not thought possible. Fear is an emotion that is easily released by more fully owning desires that we somehow decided we should be scared of. Anger can be evolved into incredible creativity when channeled correctly.
Once these emotions are processed to a good enough degree, it is possible to simply surrender to what could be called a higher plane or higher vibration. This is done with the simplest of all methods. Dealing with emotions is complex and time consuming, different emotions require different strategies and different intensities require different degrees of focus and some require other people and some require solitude. The complexity is never ending. Once we process this to a certain degree though we can use the simplest method of all to connect to the core self.

“Our true selves live in the dream world. Dare to dream them into being.” – Liz Page
The dream world is so enticing and alluring, anything can happen there, the imagination is the only limit. I see you, I know you’ve been there. The star of your own adventure, loved and adored by all. Perhaps one day I’ll get to be your sidekick!
Fantasies and dreams are the beginning of creating meaning in our lives. Our latent desires begin to become real there, but it is only the beginning. What better way to drift off to sleep at night than to wonder at what might be, at what stimulating and fulfilling experiences we might have. Trusting that they could happen is so relaxing and reassuring. Some of the best affirmations I ever did involved actively dreaming about what I would love to happen as I surrendered to sleep. If I could really feel it in my body it often meant it was driven by my heart.

Are you a Bold Soul? Do you want to be?
If this appeals to you, it probably indicates that you have an unquenched desire to do something significant. You may want to make a massive difference in your world so that you know you will have something to be proud of, even though you know it didn’t come from you, only through you.
I realize now that the last few years have been spent creating a system to guide latent Bold Souls through the kinds of challenges they might experience when they begin trying to make a massive difference in their world. Working with many people on refining their Purpose has shown me that embarking on a journey to your core can be arduous. It is so often idealized as a perfect journey of ease and grace but those who have been through it have often forgotten the experience. Like a woman who experiences childbirth and swears that she will never do that again, only to espouse a deep desire for more children perhaps less than a year later.

Chapter 1
Life As We Know It
Someone once said “Life isn’t meant to be easy.” So many people have chosen to believe this, that they would rather life a hard life than enjoy ease and grace. If you believe that life is hard and you have the chance for ease and grace, then you will in one way or another ensure that life is hard. From here, life will be difficult, but perhaps it really isn’t.
Life is not difficult, life is easy. Life is bliss and joy and endless celebration. What is difficult is resisting life. Not going with the flow sees the flow of the universe turned against you, or rather it sees you turning against the flow of the universe. Imagine having all of creation against you. Some of us don’t have to imagine, for some of us this has happened. For some of this is happening. Many of us even believe that life isn’t meant to be easy when in truth it is saying no to life that is difficult.

> Courses put you on a high and soon after you are on a low.
> When you look at your life there is no proof of improvement.

Manhood is not something that can be reached without challenge and effort. Thinking that acquiring masculine strength of spirit can be achieved with ease is like thinking that doing less strenuous exercise will make you more fit. It just doesn’t happen. Men love to be challenged.
So many Sydney women say they are surrounded by mere boys, so much so that when they meet one of the rare ones, an actual man,he stands out a mile. What is it that stands out? What makes a man a man?
Men, ask yourself these questions and women perhaps pose them to the man in your life.
Question: Do you know what you want in life?
Question: Are you resolute? Are you willing to go for it, even in the face of failure?
Question: Can you stay strong within yourself yet be open and kind to women and their changing nature?
Question: Do you adapt easily because you are clear about where you are going and strong enough to change how you get there?
Question: Is your heart open to the world, undefended and willing to carry on in the face of hardship?
